  • Do we need to bring our own sheets?

Sheets are not provided, but we offer the option of renting them on site or reserving them in advance.

  • Are barbecues allowed?

Only gas barbecues are allowed on the pitches. The Comfort, Premium and Ultimate ranges are equipped with a barbecue or plancha grill.
 

  • Are dogs allowed?

Dogs are allowed in rental accommodation at an additional cost (limited to 1 per family). They must be kept on a leash and vaccinated (vaccination certificate must be presented on arrival). They are tolerated on Marenda beach and the beach between the port and Racou. Dogs classified as category 1 or 2 are not accepted. A supplement of €6 per day will be added to your booking for your pet.

  • What are the possible arrival days?

We are open every day of the week, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in low season, and from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in high season.

 

  • What happens if we arrive late on the day of arrival?

Arrivals are between 4pm and the time the reception closes. Mobile homes are available from 4pm, but we cannot guarantee that they will all be ready at this time. For arrivals after the reception closes (7pm in low season and 8pm in high season), the keys to your accommodation and your pitch number will be given to you by the night reception service, located after the bridge on the left (on presentation of your identity card). In this case, the formalities, payment of tourist tax and waste disposal fees must be completed the following morning at reception.

 

  • Where is the nearest medical centre?

The nearest medical centre is 200 metres away.

 

  • Where is the nearest supermarket?

The nearest supermarket and a mini-market are 100 metres away on foot from the campsite exit. The campsite’s hotspot offers essential items.

 

  • Can we have visitors?

In accordance with our rules and regulations, visitors from outside the campsite are not permitted.

  • Do we accept minors unaccompanied by adults?

We accept minors as long as they are accompanied by one of their legal guardians. All groups that do not fit in with the family atmosphere of our establishment (particularly groups of young people) will be reminded of their responsibilities in terms of good neighbourliness (noise, cleanliness, etc.). Failure to comply with these rules will result in exclusion without refund.

  • Are TV/baby kits available as an option?

We offer a free baby kit rental service (high chair, travel cot and baby bath) upon reservation and subject to availability.

We do not offer TV in all our accommodation and do not rent them out. Some accommodation is equipped with TV; check for the ‘television’ logo when booking online. We can put you in touch with a service provider who offers rentals.

 

  • Do I need a swimsuit or shorts to use the water park?

Shorts, Bermuda shorts or any other clothing not suitable for swimming (any fabric not intended for swimming) will be refused. Acceptable clothing must clearly display its composition in Lycra and/or neoprene (fabrics intended for swimming).
Any loose clothing, even if made of Lycra/neoprene, will be refused for safety reasons. Hats and/or other headgear, if intended for use in water, must clearly display their composition in Lycra and/or neoprene.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA credit cards, bank cheques, A.N.C.V. and cash.

 

  • Can we hire bikes?

Bike hire is available 50 metres from the campsite exit.

 

  • Is it possible to pitch a tent next to our mobile home on the same plot?

We do not allow tents on rental pitches.

 

  • How much is the tourist tax and when does it apply?

Unlike previous years, in 2024, tourist taxes and contributions must be paid at the time of booking.

Eco-contribution: £0.45/day
Tourist tax flat rate: £0.86/day

 

  • What is waste awareness and how much does it cost?

Our business is subject to natural resource and waste treatment taxes. This is a budgetary charge intended to raise awareness.

 

  • When should we pay for our stay?

The balance for your stay is due one month before your arrival.

 

  • Do you offer safes?

In the reception area, we offer individual secure lockers. They are accessible during office hours
Low season: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. / 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
High season: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. / 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

  • What is the latest arrival time? What is the earliest departure time?

Traffic is permitted on the campsite from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. However, if you park your vehicle in the reception car park the evening before, security will open the gate for you at your convenience so you can leave during the night.

 

  • Is the water park open to non-guests?

The water park is not open to non-guests.

 

  • Are the pools heated?

We have three heated pools, one of which is covered.

 

  • When is entertainment available?

We offer entertainment throughout the season. In low season, you can enjoy various family activities such as aperitif games, competitions and more. In high season, there is even more entertainment, including shows and performances.
The mini club is scheduled to open in June, July and August.

 

  • Can we choose our mobile home?

Mobile homes are allocated according to availability in order to optimise scheduling. This allocation may be changed at any time before the keys are handed over. We cannot guarantee a specific location for the accommodation chosen. Customers are therefore unable to choose the location of their accommodation in advance and will not be given a location number before their stay. Only the location, dates and type of accommodation are guaranteed.

 

  • Do you offer WiFi on the campsite?

The campsite is covered by WiFi, however access to the network is via a password (valid for two devices connected at the same time). Several rates are available, with discounts depending on the duration (from £4 per day to £20 per week). The Buddha Bar and the swimming pool offer free WiFi access.

 

  • Is there a TV room on the campsite?

We have a television in the campsite bar so that we can broadcast various sporting events.

 

  • How many people are allowed on the rental pitches?

The maximum number of people for rentals will depend on the maximum capacity of the rental.

 

  • How many vehicles are allowed per pitch?

Only one car is allowed on all of our campsites. One parking space is provided per accommodation within the campsite (not necessarily on your pitch). If you arrive with two vehicles, the second vehicle must be parked outside the campsite.

 

  • What is the rental security deposit?

A security deposit totalling €150 (mobile home and cleaning) will be taken in the form of a €1 bank card imprint when you pay your balance. These deposits will be returned to you on the day of your departure, after inspection by our team. We reserve the right to charge cleaning or repair costs (€150) if we find any damage or if the mobile home is not returned in a perfectly clean condition.
We remind you that cleaning includes washing the dishes, the fridge-freezer and kitchen utensils. Rubbish bins, bed sheets and rubbish must also be removed. In the event of departure outside the scheduled times for the departure inventory, our staff will be the sole judge of the condition of the mobile home and may decide to retain the security deposit if this is deemed justified. No claims will be accepted in the event of early departure.
