Shall we take our sheets?

Sheets are not provided, but we offer the possibility to rent them on site or to reserve them.
17 € for 1 single bed and 30 € for a double bed (kit with terry towel (s), pillowcase (s) d pillow and two flat sheets).

Are barbecues allowed?

Only gas barbecues are accepted on the sites. We have a collective barbecue area (charcoal).

Are dogs allowed?

Dogs are accepted in rentals with supplements (within the limit of 1 per family). They must be kept on a leash and vaccinated (the book must be presented on arrival). They are tolerated on the beach of Marenda and that between the port and Racou. 1st and 2nd category dogs are not accepted.

What are the possible arrival days?

The arrival days for rentals in high season are Saturday, Wednesday and Sunday.

What happens if we arrive late on the day of arrival?

Arrivals are set at 4pm in rental accommodation. For an arrival after the reception closes (8 p.m.), the keys to your home and the number of your pitch will be given to you by the night reception service which is located after the bridge on the left (on presentation of your card identity). In this case, the formalities, settlement of tourist taxes and participation in waste treatment are done the next morning at reception.

Where is the nearest medical center?

The nearest medical center is 200 m away.

Where is the nearest supermarket?

The nearest supermarket and a mini-market are 100 m away on foot from the campsite.

Can we receive visitors?

Due to sanitary circumstances, visits from people outside the campsite are not allowed.

Do we accept unaccompanied minors of adults?

We accept minors as long as they are accompanied by one of their legal administrators. The family character of our establishment is reminded to all the mismatched groups (groups of young people in particular) on the duties of each one in terms of good neighborliness (noise, cleanliness,…). Failure to comply with these rules is subject to exclusion without refund.

Is there optional TV / baby kits?

We rent baby kits on request (high chair, cot and bath). We do not offer TV in our accommodation and do not rent it out. Only the MH COMFORT + 4 Bedrooms, CLIM, 8 Pers. are equipped with TV. We can put you in touch with a service provider who offers rental.

Do I need a swimsuit or shorts to use the water park?

Shorts, Bermuda shorts, or any other outfit not suitable for swimming (all fabrics not intended for swimming) will always be refused. The accepted outfits must clearly display their Lycra and / or Neoprene composition (fabrics intended for the bath).
Any loose clothing, even Lycra / Neoprene, will be refused for safety reasons. Hats and / or other headgear, if intended for aquatic use, must clearly display their Lycra and / or Neoprene composition.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA bank cards, bank checks, A.N.C.V. and cash.

Can we rent bikes?

Bike rental is possible 50 m away from the campsite.

Is it possible to set up a tent next to our mobile home on the same plot?
We do not accept tent installation on rental sites.

How much is the tourist tax and when does it apply?

The tourist tax is due for anyone aged 18 and over (0.66 € / day / person) from opening to the closure of the campsite.

What is participation in waste treatment and what is its cost?

Our operation is subject to taxes on natural resources and waste reprocessing. This is a budget impact with an awareness-raising value. This participation is due for everyone (0.40 € / day / person) from the opening to the closing of the campsite.

When should the stay be settled?

The balance of the stay is to be paid one month before your arrival.

Do you offer safes?

In the reception, we offer individual secure lockers that can be locked. Their accessibility is modeled on that of the office hours (8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. / 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.).

What time can we arrive at the latest? At what time can we leave as soon as possible?

Traffic is permitted on the campsite from 7:00 am to 11:30 pm. However, if you park your vehicle in the reception car park the night before, security will open the gate at your convenience to leave at night.

Is the water park accessible to outsiders?

The water park is not accessible to people outside the campsite.

Are the swimming pools heated?

We have three heated pools including one covered pool.

On what dates is there animation?

The animations are present from mid-May to mid-September and the mini-club is open in July-August.

Can we choose our our mobile home?

Mobile homes are allocated according to availability, so as to optimize schedules. This allocation can be modified at any time before the actual handing over of the keys. We can in no way guarantee a specific location for the accommodation chosen. The customer therefore does not have the possibility of choosing the location of his accommodation in advance and no pitch number will be assigned to him before his stay. Only the place, dates and type of accommodation are guaranteed.

Do you offer WIFI on the campsite?

The campsite is covered by WIFI, however access to the network is done by assigning a password ( valid for two devices connected at the same time). Several prices are available, decreasing according to the duration (from € 4 per day to € 20 per week). The Buddha Bar as well as the Swimming pool offer free WIFI access.

Is there a TV room on the campsite?

We have a television at the campsite bar so that we can broadcast the various sporting events.

How many people are allowed on the rental pitches?

The maximum number of people for rentals will depend on the maximum capacity of the rental.

How many vehicles are allowed per location?

We allow one vehicle per location.

What is the rental deposit?

A security deposit of a total amount of 150 € (mobile home and cleaning) will be requested upon delivery of the keys on the day of your arrival (payment by check or credit card). These deposits will be returned to you on the day of your departure, after completion of an inventory and an exit inventory. We reserve the right to collect the cleaning or repair costs (150 €) in the event that we notice any damage or if the mobile home was not returned in a perfect state of cleanliness.
We remind you that the cleaning includes the cleaning of the dishes, the fridge-freezer and the kitchen utensils. Garbage cans, bed sheets and waste must also have been removed. In the event of departure outside of the scheduled times for the departure inventory, our staff will be the sole judge of the condition of the mobile home and may decide to keep the security deposit if this proves to be justified. No complaint could be accepted in case of early departure.
